The gold version of the Original Telecaster® Bridge, obviously straying away from historical correctness due to the colour, we see Steel saddles used instead of brass. More than likely an aesthetic choice over a historical point, the smooth steel saddles actually bring this bridge more in line with a 1954 – 1958, and will give the guitar a slightly sharper edge to its tone. None the less, just like its Chrome counterpart, this is the industry standard for the vintage Telecaster®
