Prior to working with Hipshot, we were asked near constantly for a vintage Telecaster® bridge that offered up all of the advantages you’d see on the modern version. Thankfully Hipshot® stepped up to the plate and have really delivered the goods with the 4410046, and they’ve done it with the levels of excellence and attention to detail we’ve all come to expect for such a reputable manufacturer of guitar parts.
Suitable for a Standard Telecaster® or Similar with 4 screw bridge
In a similar situation to the vintage to modern conversion, occasionally we’ve been asked for a modern Tele® bridge that spots those classic brass barrel saddles to help get a little bit of the vintage tone that you only really get with vintage Telecaster® bridges.
Suitable for a Standard Telecaster® or Similar with 3 screw bridge
You’ll be blown away by the superb tonal quality our new All Stainless Steel Telecaster® Replacement Bridge brings to your guitar.
You’ll savour each and every note you play. Brilliant highs, gorgeous mids, and full rounded bottom tones.
This is Hipshots take on the classic Vintage style bridge – but true to form, it’s a long stretch to even call this one a vintage bridge! Built purely with playability in mind, this bridge, the gorgeous 4410043, takes the elements which make the Fender® Telecaster® such a hugely popular guitar in “vintage” circles and gives that classic design a modern make over that not only solves some of the more technical issues you’ll encounter with the original, but also some of the everyday niggles that have dogged the instrument since its inception.
Wilkinson have worked with Gotoh to create one of the best "vintage" bridges for the Telecaster® on the market - it all mounts up in the traditional way, but the 3 brass saddles are fitted with a central pivot which allows you to adjust the intonation on each string to get it absolutely perfect.
Gotohs take on the Classic bridge for the Telecaster® Sporting those famous titanium saddles, but with an inbuilt compensation thanks to Gotohs "in-Tune" saddle system.
Gotohs version of the increasingly popular "modern conversion bridge" for the Telecaster® - built in a similar style to the AM standard bridge thats been in use since 1988, and allows unrivaled access to the strings, aswell as individual intonation control of each string thanks to 6 separate "modern" saddles. Whilst this is best described as a modern bridge that will fit onto a vintage guitar, and sports those all important 4 mounting holes - theres a little nod back to the old vintage design, with plated brass saddles - which can play an important part in nailing that classic tone.
Gotohs take on the Classic bridge for the Telecaster® - but with a twist!
Sporting those iconic 3 brass saddles, but with an inbuilt compensation thats to Gotohs "in-Tune" system, but interestingly, its built up without the lipped edge featured on most vintager bridges for the Tele® - that means you can get in close to your saddles, for more accurate playing and muting of the strings, without tearing your hands to shreds.
Gotohs take on the Classic bridge for the Telecaster® - but with a twist And as you'd imagine, this is the next step when it comes to lowering the profile of the vintage bridge, the lips long gone, and you've got unrestricted access to those saddles. Sporting Gotohs In-tune brass saddles that will help correct the intonation, without robbing you of any of the tone. Now available in Left Handed

Whilst this is technically a vintage bridge, and has the typical 4 screw mount, its fair to say its got more in common with a modern example, right down to the steel saddles used.
A full set of In-tunes - ideal for upgrading your existing bridge. Worth nothing that the middle saddle will be the reverse of the 2 outside saddles, but Gotoh have got you covered! Simply spin the saddle round, and the "reverse" stagger is on the back side of the saddle.

This is a bit of an obscure one to be honest – it’s a bridge built to mount to a vintage Telecaster®, or guitars built in that style, but rather than incorporating the pickup mounting on the bridge plate, this is the cut down version, so it’s much shorter, allowing you to do whatever you fancy in the space infront of it. All in all, its about 50mm shorter, so that’s plenty of room for a humbucker and its mounting ring, or a big old P90 if such a thing tickles your fancy!
Suitable for a Telecaster® or Similar with 4 screw bridge
A relatively modern solution to an age old problem, Wilkinson have designed a set of compensated saddles specifically for their vintage spec Bridge, the offset points of string contact make intonation corrections a little easier.

The brass version of the InTune system is about as close as you'll get to a traditional Tele® saddle with intonation correction - beautifully made, plenty of meat on the bones, and absolutely fantastic tone. Worth nothing that the middle saddle will be the reverse of the 2 outside saddles, but Gotoh have got you covered! Simply spin the saddle round, and the "reverse" stagger is on the back side of the saddle.

Designed for a Vintage Telecaster® Bridge and a great part to put that finishing touch on your Tele®. First introduced in the early 50's , where most ended up as portable ashtrays for the gigging musician, the early models had a distinctive solder drop or solder mark on the inner face due the fact that a wire was attached during the electro-plating process. The later models have no such mark because the plating process moved onto specially designed racks.
These are stainless steel saddles, built specifically for the Gotoh® GTC201 and 202, as well as the Fender® "conversion" bridges (those which looks like modern bridges, with flat plates and 6 saddles, but mount onto 4 mounting holes on the body where the strings come through behind those holes)
We're supplying these singly as well as in sets, purely because we know that they're not the cheapest parts in the world, so if you've got a WT3 kicking about thats in need of a little loving care, this is a great way to get it up and running again.
An import variant of a modern Tele bridge.A slightly wider string spacing at 54mm and a sturdy 5 hole mounting lay out.
