Gotohs take on the "Historic Deluxe" machine head that turns up so frequently, but in a rear twist. they've incorporated their exceptional "magnum thumb locking" system, making them easier to string up, and improving stability.

Differing from similar models from Schaller®, the SD90s take a push in bush, so only require an 8.5mm hole in the headstock (opposed to a 10.5mm, which is common on more modern guitars)

This is a complete set of the SD-90s, and they're an absolutely brilliant little upgrade for most Epiphone guitars, and mid to low end guitars that take this style of machine head.

Just letting you know the Gotoh Magnum tuners were a perfect fit on my '06 LP Standard. My guitar tech, was able to use the original bushes and screws so if I ever change back to the originals everything's stock again. Great tuners, really improve the tuning stability and ease of stringing without changing the appearance. Your advice was excellent as always, cheers! It's a great mod for vintage style Les Pauls for a few quid!
