Basically, the “Heavy Heart” pickups are a vintage setup wound for an incredibly modern sound. Just think ‘Tele® on steroids!” and you’ll have a good idea of the final tone. The bottom end is absolutely huge, the highs crisp and defined and the middle is slightly boosted, giving that characteristic big, space filling sound you’d expect from these larger than life pickups, but with that classic warmth running through the sound. It’s a great combo giving a strong depth of flavour to your classic Telecaster®.

Our brand new range in pickups for Telecaster® guitars has finally arrived. It seems there’s a real demand out there for “different” tones, with that classic snap and twang not to everyone’s tastes. With the T90s we’ve broken completely away from the traditional designs, taking elements of from our vintage humbucker lines and incorporating them into a beautiful, vintage inspired pickup.

Our take on the very earliest Telecaster® pickup - wound using 43 Plain enamel wire, Alnico 3 rod magnets, and mounted onto a zinc plated Steel base plate - certainly not a pickup for everybody, but ideal if you're building to true Black Guard specs.
The True Vintage represent our take on that “Classic Tone” in this beautiful sounding, 50s inspired style. These really are some of our favourite pickups for the Telecaster® , offering up the bite and warmth we’ve all come to expect from the daddy of solid body guitars, just hitting the right side of raunchy when pushed that little too far.
The new Yorkshire Jack pickup set, specifically designed for the Telecaster® and similar guitars, set out to nail that iconic blues tone that the Texas Blues do so well.

A bit of a strange plate all things considered - designed to fit onto a Fender® Esquire® (or any other Telecaster® with only one pickup) - but cutting away all the bells and whistles - no 3 way switch, no tone control - just a volume control, and a mono socket on the output.A great way to turn your Esquire into a no-nonsense player!
When designing the “TTLD” our aim was to capture the aggression and rich low mid-range that we‘ve come to expect from the Laudanum, and cage it in within the confines of a single coil sized humbucker. This resulted in a mini beast of a rock and metal pick-up. This little monster thinks its ten feet tall!
The Bridge dishes out red hot saw edged grunt, perfect for chugging chords and screeching distortion. Great for solos over a distorted back drop when you need all the bite and clarity you can get. This set is a must for anyone who’s wants to turn their guitar from a country fried jangler into a grunting, screaming rocker.
