These are the top plates that fit onto TV Jones® pickups such as the Filtertron® - they also turn up on the Fender® version, the Fender® Fideliton, and various other pickups in that sort of style.

A very simple part - just a thin piece of black PVC, which sits ontop of the pickups bobbins, allowing the pole screws to pole through, and is held in place by the cover semi-open metal cover.
